How do I reset my password or username?

Here’s how you can reset your password:

  1. Navigate to portal.octane.co/login
  2. Click on ‘Forgot Your Password’
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account. A temporary verification code will immediately be sent to this email address.
    1. Please be advised the email you enter must match the one associated with your account or you will not receive a code.
  4. Upon receiving your temporary verification code, please return to the portal screen and enter the code in the first line.
    1. If you do not receive your verification code please check your spam or junk folders.
    2. Please make sure to use the most recent verification code sent to your email
  5. Set and confirm your new password in the next two lines
  6. Click ‘Reset Password’
  7. You can now login with your new password

Please be advised for customers coming from our old portal, you must go through the registration process here if you haven’t already. Your old credentials do not carry over to the new experience.


If you have forgotten your username, you can always use the email address tied with your account as your username. If you cannot remember the email address, you can re-register here to create a new username.
