How do I reset my password?

  1. For the new portal:
  2. Go to https://portal.octane.co/login
  3. Click on Forgot Password
  4. Enter the email address associated with your account. A verification code will be sent to your email address on record
  5. Upon receipt of the verification code, return to the portal login screen. If you do not receive your password please check your spam or junk folders. If a reset email is still not showing, that means your email does not match the one we have on file. Please call or email us to remedy this problem
  6. Enter in the verification code and set your new password

For the old portal

  1. Reset your password here
  2. Enter the email address you provided at the time of loan origination to request a reset. A temporary password will immediately be sent to your email address on record
  3. Upon receipt of the temporary password return to the portal login screen. If you do not receive your password please check your spam or junk folders. If a reset email is still not showing, that means your email does not match the one we have on file. Please call or email us to remedy this problem
  4. Once you are successfully logged in, please remember to change your password to something more permanent
