My Account

How can I find my account number?

Approximately 3 days after your loan boards to the Roadrunner Account Servicing platform, you will receive your account number via email and USPS mail in your Welcome Packet. In addition to your new account number, you’ll receive your first Billing Statement, instructions for online access, and payment options. The Welcome letter Packet is emailed to the email address you provided during the electronic contract signing and to the physical mailing address on the contract.

How do I login as a new user?

Instructions:
1. To begin select Login and click on forgot password.
2. When prompted enter the email address you provided during the electronic contract signing.
3. A temporary password will immediately be sent to your email address on record. (check spam) if not immediate.
4. Upon receipt of the temporary password return to the portal login screen. For your USER ID, enter your 6-8-digit account number as follows: If you are the primary borrower enter 999999-primary or 999999-secondary if you are the co-borrower respectively, followed by the temporary password provided.
