How do I login as a new user?

This is how to login to our new portal experience.

  1. Go to https://portal.octane.co/register
  2. Enter your Loan ID, Email address of record, and Last 4 of SSN and click ‘Verify Information’
  3. Create your own username and click ‘Create Account’
  4. A temporary password will be emailed to the email address listed
  5. Enter the temporary password
  6. Set your permanent password
  7. Complete sign up

This is how to login to our old portal experience.

  1. Go to http://roadrunnerfinancial.com/payments
  2. Click on ‘Forgot Password’
  3. When prompted enter the email address you provided at the time of loan origination to request a reset. A temporary password will immediately be sent to your email address on record
  4. Upon receipt of the temporary password return to the portal login screen. If you do not receive your password please check your spam or junk folders. If a reset email is still not showing in your inbox, that means your email does not match the one we have on file. Please call or email us to remedy this problem
  5. For your USER ID, enter your account number as follows: XXXXXX-primary, replacing the X’s with your account number (if you are the secondary applicant, your USER ID will be XXXXXX-secondary). Please then enter the temporary password provided
  6. Once you are successfully logged in it will prompt you to reset your password to something permanent
